As Sales Manager, you are the trusted advisor for the acquisition of new customers. As strategic discussion partner, you have a natural ability to influence stakeholders, so that they wholeheartedly choose the Microsoft Dynamics products. You see commercial opportunities in the construction sector and are able to tap into unexpressed needs. Based on your relationship with the prospects, you stimulate them by attending events organised by 4PS and you are enthusiastic in your follow up.
You close a good and honest deal by advising prospects based on your up to date knowledge of processes, developments in the market and products that add value. You are able to distinguish trends from hypes and you are naturally able to bring together different parties.
With the information gathered from the prospect, you know how to represent the prospect in the internal organisation. You put together a great team of colleagues which enables you to turn the prospect into a customer. To this end, you work closely together with your colleagues from presales, consultancy, project management and management.
With empathetic abilities and talent to read the case, you perfectly align the required actions with the prospect’s needs. Others feel at ease with you because of your accessible attitude. You communicate clearly and professionally: your words match your actions and you think a few steps ahead. You aren’t concerned by a setback or a bit of opposition and in your own creative way, you do everything you can to achieve results. You enjoy getting good deals which provide added value for the customer.
