As Support Consultant, you will resolve complex problems for our customers through effective and rapid analysis of process bottlenecks. You’ll do this at a functional level and where possible, a technical level. You’ll keep a cool head when the bottlenecks require a fast solution.
You’ll offer our customers a service via virtual channels so that they are quickly able to resume their activities. At the same time, you’ll work on structural solutions for the customers allocated to you. Together with 4PS colleagues, you’ll take the initiative to optimize the use of our applications by customers.
Because we are expanding our services to customers with management activities, you’ll be periodically available outside standard office hours to support customers.
Efficiency is very important in the Support department. You’ll continuously contribute to this so that lead times are shortened and the quality of our service remains at a high level.
